Steroid-SARM Hybrid YK11 is a brand new synthetic steroid based on 5-α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone naturally found in the human body. DHT is a stronger form of testosterone that targets androgen receptors in the prostate, sex organs, hair, and liver. YK11 is gaining interest from bodybuilders, who think it helps them immediately build muscle with minimal side effects--a belief that is not founded in the available science. The YK molecule has more in common with steroids than SARMs, although it’s often mistakenly labeled as a non-steroidal SARM. According to preliminary cell studies, YK11 sarm may increase muscle mass and enhance bone health. Some bodybuilders that have experimented with YK11 report great muscle gains and fat reduction with minimal side effects. But, there are currently not even any animal studies of YK11 and its safety profile is cloudy. It is very dangerous to use research chemicals that are so poorly researched. Is It a SARM? Bodybuilders and researchers sometimes refer to YK11 as a SARM. This may be misleading as other SARMs differ from YK11. YK11 is a steroid produced by altering the chemical structure of DHT. In contrast, the other SARMs possess a nonsteroidal structure. YK11 and SARMs work differently in the body and may have different side effects. Cell studies do demonstrate that YK11 includes a usually means the SARM label does technically explain YK11. Since this class of drugs is new, no established naming convention exists. How Does It Work? The chemical structure of YK11 is similar to DHT, and it identically binds to androgen receptors. YK11 is Currently Being Investigated For: 1) Muscle Size According to cell-based studies, YK11 boosts muscle growth by boosting follistatin levels and so inhibiting myostatin. YK11 has not been studied in animals or humans. Thus, there is not sufficient evidence to justify using YK11 for any reason. 2) May Strengthen Bones Sex hormones play an important role in maintaining healthy bones. YK11 could have the ability to bind to androgen receptors in bone tissues and increase bone strength, similar to steroids and SARMs. YK11 increased levels of activated PKB (protein kinase B) in cells; activated PKB sends signals to boost bone growth. YK11, like other SARMs, is currently being investigated for potential uses in bone health. This could make it relevant in older individuals who struggle with both muscle and bone frailty; however, we have to note again that there are currently no human or even animal research to back this up. YK11 for Bodybuilding User Reports Remember that there have been no human or even animal studies on YK11. We are supplying some user experiences here, to talk about why some people take YK11 sarm and to research anecdotes of potential adverse effects. None of that can replace appropriate clinical testing. New SARMs are always a hot bodybuilding topic. Positive reviews of the YK11 report which significantly increases muscle mass in as little as a week. Nevertheless, these claims are obscured by the fact that people use different doses, cycle lengths, or pile YK11 along with different SARMs. Other users report no benefit at all. Some state that YK11 provides similar results to additional SARMs. Many would prefer taking a SARM that is backed up with better research than YK11 when the outcomes are similar. Bodybuilders have experimented with YK11 in both cutting and firming edge. Some users claim that it works excellent either way by building lean muscle mass and burning fat. All these claims remain strictly anecdotal. Users must be cautious as the information on YK11's safety and long-term effects are infrequent, and no human studies have been conducted. It is very dangerous to use completely untested experimental compounds like YK11. We do not advise taking YK11 for any reason. Dosage Anecdotal reports indicate the most common dosage is 10-15 mg, divided into two daily doses. However, there's no secure, powerful dosage of YK11 since no high-quality clinical trials have determined one. Bodybuilders report with doses between 5 mg and 30 mg, cycled for 4 to 8 weeks. Women report carrying 0.5 -- 2 mg every day. This is not based on scientific data of any kind, as such data is inaccessible. Many users choose YK11 by mouth while some have utilized muscle injections. Some users report stacking with LGD-4033 or even RAD140 and using a lower dose of YK11, typically 5-10 mg per day. Using even one unapproved study chemical at a time is deemed dangerous; using more than one is even more harmful. Not only do we not know enough about the security profile of each of those drugs; we also do not understand how they might interact in the body. Regardless of how YK11 is labeled -- like a SARM or artificial steroid --, it is prohibited in contests. Limitations and Caveats The present research on YK11 is scant. It has not been studied in humans or animals. All cellular studies on YK11 have been done by one group of researchers from Japan. YK11's safety and effectiveness can only be evaluated once more research is done. It is extremely dangerous to use an untested, unapproved research chemical that we know almost nothing about. We strongly recommend placing your health at stake in this manner. Side Effects Unknown Safety YK11 has only been studied in cells so far. There are no clinical details on negative effects. Not creature studies are carried out yet. In a cell study, YK11 improved the levels of follistatin. High follistatin might boost the probability of esophagus, skin, stomach, and prostate cancer. On the flip side, a human study suggests that high follistatin might be beneficial for breast cancer. The chemical structure of YK11 is comparable to other steroids that are toxic to the liver. YK11 might have toxic effects on the liver too. Theoretically, it might also affect the prostate, hair growth, vocal cords, and other organs. No clinical or animal trials have examined the safety of YK11. It raises follistatin, which may raise the risk of certain cancers. Other steroid-like side effects are possible. YK11 is potentially poisonous to the liver, and mild testosterone reduction is possible. What Is Andarine? Andarine, also known as S-4, S-40503, or 8, is a SARM developed to treat osteoporosis and muscle wasting. SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) are drugs that bind to the androgen receptor (AR), which is the main site of action of the hormone testosterone. In the first days, S4 sarm (Andarine) was clarified as the perfect SARM due to high oral bioavailability and good muscle- and - bone-building effects (studied in animals). Phase I human trials with this drug have allegedly been successful but no studies have been published. However, further development of the drug was abandoned in favor of Ostarine, another SARM using a similar arrangement, also known as S-22. This was likely because of Andarine's poor safety profile. It caused vision-related side effects, which further increases the long list of reasons from ever taking this drug. Mechanism of Action Andarine has a high affinity for the androgen receptor (AR) and therefore mimics the effects of testosterone. However, its effects are much stronger in bones and muscles than in reproductive organs. That's exactly why Andarine (S4) along with other SARMs are known to cause fewer side effects than anabolic steroids. Bodybuilders often take this unapproved theory as "proof" that they won't have to take care of intense testosterone reduction and increased estrogens should they take SARMs. Nonetheless, this is far from true. The "SARMs selectivity theory" might be absolutely false. It has never been proven, and SARMs such as Andarine and Ostarine never passed appropriate clinical trials. Side Effects of Andarine Serious Safety Concerns Andarine is an unapproved drug with completely unknown effects on the entire body.
